- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Celery stalk 5 oz
- Leek 1 piece
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Water 5 qt
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into cubes and add to the heated butter.
Step 2
Chop the vegetables and layer them, salting each layer.
Step 3
Pour in hot water, cover with a lid, and cook in the oven for about one and a half hours.
Step 4
Serve, sprinkled with chopped herbs.
