Pike Caviar

Description
During the reign of Ivan the Terrible, pike caviar was valued more than red caviar because it has a very beautiful amber color when salted.
Ingredients
- Pike Caviar 20 oz
- Salt 4 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Carefully extract the pike caviar from the fish and remove all blood vessels.
Step 3
Place the caviar in a large bowl, add a little salt, and start mixing with a whisk.
Step 4
When the salt dissolves, add a little more and continue mixing. Add all the salt this way. This should take about 10–15 minutes.
Step 5
When bubbles and a light foam appear, it's ready.
Step 6
Add vegetable oil for more elasticity.
Step 7
Refrigerate for a day, then distribute into sterilized jars or containers. The caviar can be eaten immediately, stored in the refrigerator for about a month, or frozen.
