Ingredients
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons 10 oz
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Feta cheese 10 oz
- Ginger-Garlic Paste 0.1 teaspoon
- Puff Pastry 20 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the finely chopped fish, feta, black pepper, and garlic.
Step 3
On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a square of 30x30 cm and cut out circles with cookie cutters or cut into squares.
Step 4
Place a small amount of filling in the center of each and seal the edges well.
Step 5
Transfer the pies to the baking sheets and brush the tops with lightly beaten egg white.
Step 6
Bake for about 20 minutes until cooked and golden brown. Serve warm.
