Step 1

Semolina Cream: Add semolina, vanilla, butter (25 g), and sugar to the milk and cook until it reaches the consistency of thick semolina porridge, stirring with a whisk throughout. Allow to cool afterward.

Step 2

Then take the dough and form an envelope with the filling (170 g per serving) and place it in the oven to bake for twenty-five minutes at 355°F.

Step 3

When serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon to taste. It is recommended to serve with cold cocoa.
