  • Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
  • Cheshire Cheese 5 oz
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Feta cheese 0 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Fresh basil leaves 20 pieces
  • Tomatoes 4 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Cut the tomatoes in half and place them on a greased baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven for 50 minutes. Let cool.

Step 2

Roll out the pastry and transfer it to a round shallow pie dish. Prick the pastry in several places and bake for 10 minutes at 390°F. Let cool.

Step 3

For the filling, blend the cheeses, finely chopped onions, and eggs in a food processor until smooth. Add the chopped basil, salt, and pepper.

Step 4

Spread the filling over the pastry and gently press the tomatoes on top so they are visible. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 355°F until golden brown. Let cool and serve warm.
