Description

WARNING! Baking soda is NOT neutralized with vinegar!!!

Ingredients

  • Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour 2 cups
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Scallions 10 oz
  • Activated Baking Soda a pinch
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • Margarine 5 oz
  • Butter 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Dough: 1 egg; melt 100 g of margarine at room temperature (preferably in advance); 4 tablespoons of sour cream; 2 cups of flour; ½ cup of sugar (can be less); ⅓ teaspoon of baking soda.

Step 2

Sift the flour, add baking soda, and mix thoroughly. Melt margarine at room temperature, add sugar, and mix well (with a whisk or blender). Add sour cream and mix again thoroughly. Add the egg and mix again thoroughly. Gradually add the flour (with baking soda) and gently knead the dough (it should stick slightly to your hands). Do not change the order of adding ingredients!

Step 3

Filling: 3–4 hard-boiled eggs; 150–200 g of green onions; 50–70 g of butter.

Step 4

The dough is placed in a mold (preferably round with some overhang on the edges). Finely chopped onions and eggs are placed inside, and the edges of the dough are folded over the onions (but do not completely cover the mold), and pieces of butter are placed on top of the filling.
