- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar ½ cup
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt a pinch
- Plums 20 oz
- Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Rum 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the batter for the cake. To do this, beat the butter with sugar, then add salt. Continuing to beat, add the eggs one at a time. Then sift the flour with the baking powder. Pour the batter into a mold, then top with sliced plums. Sprinkle with brown sugar and drizzle with rum.
Step 2
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 35–40 minutes.
