  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 6 tablespoons
  • Potato 3 pieces
  • Canned Mackerel in Oil 1 can

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the dough. For this, beat the eggs, add a pinch of salt and baking soda. Next, add 200 g of sour cream and mayonnaise, and mix. Add 6 tablespoons of flour with a heaping measure to the mixture. The consistency of the dough should be like sour cream.

Step 2

Filling: grate the potatoes and squeeze out excess moisture. Prepare the sardines separately by mashing them with a fork. Finely chop the onion.

Step 3

Pour half of the dough into a skillet greased with vegetable oil. Next, layer the grated potatoes, followed by the finely chopped onion, and finally the canned fish. Pour the remaining dough on top. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
