  • Ginger 0 oz
  • Cinnamon 2 pieces
  • Star anise 4 pieces
  • Coriander essential oil 2 spoons
  • Mustard Greens 2 spoons
  • Brown Sugar 15 oz
  • Champagne Vinegar 10 fl oz
  • Water 10 fl oz
  • Red Grape Juice 10 fl oz
  • Rock Salt 1½ spoons

Prepare all the ingredients.

Sterilize the jars and lids over steam for 20 minutes.
