Ingredients
- Water 1¼ cups
- Carrot 15 oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar 1 cup
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Dill 1½ tablespoons
- Salt 1½ tablespoons

Step 1
Peel the carrots and cut them into thin long strips. Place them in a bowl.
Step 2
In a pot, combine water, vinegar, sugar, finely chopped garlic, dill seeds, and salt. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour the marinade over the carrots and let it cool uncovered. Then cover and refrigerate for 1 day.
