Ingredients

  • Beef 10 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Turnips 2 pieces
  • Cervelat Sausage 5 oz
  • Semi-Smoked Sausage 5 oz
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Pitted olives 5 oz
  • Passata Tomato Sauce 5 oz
  • Pickles 5 oz
  • Herbs to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, boil the beef broth.

Step 2

Make a sauté with onion, carrots, and tomato paste.

Step 3

Chop the potatoes and add them to the prepared broth along with the sauté.

Step 4

Chop the pickles, sausages, and olives. Add them to the pot.

Step 5

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon, add spices: salt, pepper, and 'Provençal herbs'. Cook until the potatoes are done.

Step 6

When serving, garnish with chopped dill and parsley, a slice of lemon, and two or three olives. This is optional.
