  • Salad Potatoes 20 oz
  • Poultry 20 oz
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Carrot 5 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Herbs to taste
  • Millet 5 oz
  • Pickles 5 oz
  • Cucumber Brine 5 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the chicken broth. Place the chicken in cold water (2.5 liters) and boil for 30 minutes, then drain the water, rinse the chicken, and return it to boil the broth again. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Step 2

When the broth is ready, remove the chicken. Add diced carrots, finely chopped stems of herbs (dill, parsley), and onion to the broth. Cook for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Add the potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Add the previously rinsed millet.

Step 5

When the millet is almost ready, add diced tomatoes. Cook for 15 minutes. Then add the pickles, remaining herbs, green onions, and cucumber brine. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 6

Let the pickle soup steep for 10–15 minutes.
