Ingredients
- Beef chuck roast 10 oz
- Salad Potatoes 10 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower 10 oz
- Bay leaf 1 piece
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef brisket across the grain into small pieces, cover with cold water, and boil for about 30 minutes.
Step 2
Then add the peeled and chopped potatoes to the broth.
Step 3
In olive oil, sauté the finely chopped carrot and onion, then add to the boiling broth along with the bay leaf and the julienned pickled cucumbers, and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the pickle soup with finely chopped parsley or dill.
