- Baking Powder 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 30 oz

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 2
Knead the dough until smooth. It should be dense and sticky, not sticking to your hands.
Step 3
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 5
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cut out cookies, transfer them to a baking sheet, and bake for about 20 minutes. They should be slightly golden.
Step 6
Repeat this process several times until all the dough is used.
