Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the flour and salt. Gradually add the water mixed with lemon juice, knead well, and then incorporate the olive oil. Knead again thoroughly, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 2

Remove the dough from the refrigerator, let it sit at room temperature for a while, and divide it into several small pieces.

Step 3

Then, gently start stretching the dough in different directions (this dough should not tear) until it is as thin as paper.
