Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Blend the ripe persimmon with lemon juice, mint, and sugar in a blender. Just a little, just enough to evenly distribute the lemon juice, sugar, and mint throughout the thick persimmon puree.
Step 2
Place the puree in the freezer to thicken.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate with the cream in a double boiler and pour it over the puree.
