Ingredients
- Persimmon 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour ½ cup
- Potato protein 3 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Sugar ⅓ cup
- Butter 3 tablespoons
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Vanilla salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the persimmon, cut it, remove the seeds, and peel the skin if it's tough. Place it in a food processor along with the eggs, butter, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Add flour and starch to the food processor. Mix thoroughly again. The mixture should be thick and sticky.
Step 3
Lightly grease the muffin tins with butter and dust with flour. Pour the batter into the tins, filling them slightly below the edge. You can press a slice of persimmon into the muffins or place a round slice on top.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 20 minutes until browned. Turn off the oven and crack the door open. Let the muffins cool in the oven without removing them.
