Ingredients
- Persimmon 20 oz
- Fresh Mint 12 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the stem from the persimmons, cut them in half, remove the seeds, and place them in a blender. Tear in fresh mint leaves to taste, without any specific proportions. Squeeze the juice of one lemon into the blender and add the sugar. Blend everything into a puree.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Mix the melted chocolate with the prepared persimmon and lemon mixture immediately or chill both components.
