Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Butter 10 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Apricot Jam 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add 1-2 tablespoons of flour to the butter and beat it with the powdered sugar until fluffy.
Step 2
Add the egg and continue to beat the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved, then add the flour and quickly knead the dough.
Step 3
Using a pastry bag with a decorative tip, pipe the dough onto a baking sheet in the shape of daisies, shells, or sticks.
Step 4
Press a dollop of apricot jam in the center of each cookie.
Step 5
Bake at 390°F until ready, about 20 minutes.
