Ingredients
- Butter 10 oz
- Cocoa Powder 4 tablespoons
- Semi-soft cream cheese 20 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Vinegar essence ½ teaspoon
- Sugar 10 oz
- Corn Starch 3 tablespoons
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mash the butter.
Step 2
Add 150 g of sugar to the butter and mix.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix cocoa with flour.
Step 4
Rub the flour and cocoa mixture with the butter-sugar mass until crumbly.
Step 5
Beat the cottage cheese with the remaining sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream using a mixer.
Step 6
Add starch to the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 7
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread half of the prepared dough.
Step 8
Top with the cottage cheese filling and cover with the remaining crumbs.
Step 9
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 40–45 minutes.
