- Pears 3 pieces
- Buckwheat Groats 3 spoons
- Butter 0 oz
- Adyghe cheese 5 oz
- Pistachios 3 spoons
- Rice Sweet Wine 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter, cut the pears in half and place them in the hot butter cut side down. Drizzle the pears with honey and cook over medium heat with a lid on for ten to fifteen minutes.
Step 2
Then add the wine to the skillet and continue cooking the pears for another ten to fifteen minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Step 3
Place half a pear on each plate, sprinkle with crumbled Adyghe cheese and pine nuts.
