- Dried Apricots 4 pieces

- Butter 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Liqueur 2 tablespoons
- Lemon 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the pears, cut off the top, remove the core, drizzle with lemon juice, and place in the oven for 8 minutes.
Step 2
Scoop out some flesh, mix it with dried apricots, 60 g of sugar, and softened butter. Fill the pears with the mixture, cover with the tops, and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Make caramel from the remaining sugar by mixing it with water and liqueur.
