Ingredients

  • Puff Pastry 25 oz
  • Marzipan 5 oz
  • 33% Cream 4 tablespoons
  • Pears 4 pieces
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Cinnamon 1½ teaspoons
  • Powdered Sugar 4 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop the marzipan and mix it with the cream until smooth.

Step 2

Peel the pears, cut them in half, and remove the core. Make deep cuts along the halves without cutting all the way through, so they resemble a fan. Drizzle with lemon juice on top.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 355°F (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 4

Cut out 8 pear-shaped forms from the dough slightly larger than the pears and brush with the marzipan mixture. Place the pear halves on top, sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon. Bake until done for about 25 minutes.
