Ingredients
- Pears 3 pieces
- Ricotta cheese 10 oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Ground Cinnamon a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Wash the pears and cut them in half, then scoop out the core with a spoon and create small indentations.
Step 3
Soften the cheese and place it into the pears.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the pears on it, drizzle each half with honey, and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 5
Bake for 15–20 minutes, then leave in the turned-off oven to rest.
