Pear Tart
Ingredients
- Pears 2 pieces
- Butter 0 oz
- Sugar 2 spoons
- Cranberry 5 oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast in 250 ml of warm water and let it sit for a few minutes. In a bowl, sift the flour, pour the yeast water into it, add olive oil and a pinch of salt, and knead into a smooth dough. Place the finished dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 2
Grease a baking sheet with butter, dice the pear into cubes about 1 cm on each side, and spread the cubes on the baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 355°F and place the baking sheet with the pears in the oven for ten minutes. Remove it, sprinkle with sugar and cranberries, and return to the oven for another five minutes. Then transfer the cranberry and pear mixture to a bowl and place it in the refrigerator to cool.
Step 3
Roll out the dough thinly and place the fruit and berry mixture on top, leaving a few centimeters around the edges. Fold the edges over to create a border for the pie.
Step 4
Place the pie in an oven preheated to 355°F for twenty minutes.
