Description

You can use any nuts; I used walnuts. You can also add raisins. Instead of puff pastry, you can use phyllo dough.

Ingredients

  • Puff Pastry 1 piece
  • Pears 2 pieces
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Nuts to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Thaw the pastry and lay it out flat.

Step 2

Cut the pears into cubes, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Step 3

Spread the filling over the pastry (across the entire sheet), leaving one end empty for easier rolling. You will have layers: pastry, filling, pastry, filling, pastry.

Step 4

Sprinkle nuts on top.

Step 5

Roll it up, make shallow cuts on top, and brush with oil.

Step 6

Place in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 170°C.
