Ingredients
- Pears 3 pieces
- Brown Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Maple syrup 5 fl oz
- Dried Apricots 6 pieces
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Raisins 1 tablespoon
- Oat flakes 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the dried apricots and pears coarsely.
Step 2
Heat the syrup, butter, and sugar, and mix. Add the flour and stir until smooth. Add the dried apricots and pears, and mix. Add the raisins and mix.
Step 3
Pour the batter into a baking dish and place it in a preheated oven at 355°F for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Let it cool in the oven.
