Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 10 oz
- Whole egg 0 oz
- Almond 5 oz
- Condensed Milk 5 oz
- Conference Pear 0 lbs
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine 125 grams of butter (cut into cubes), 30 grams of yolks, baking powder, salt, wheat flour, and 100 grams of sugar.
Step 2
Mix on medium speed until the dough comes together and becomes smooth.
Step 3
Knead the dough by hand until it is smooth.
Step 4
Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
Step 5
Place the dough in a baking dish, trim the edges, and prick the base with a fork.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 8 minutes.
Step 7
Remove the dough and spread condensed milk over it.
Step 8
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, 100 grams of softened butter, 30 grams of yolks, and 100 grams of sugar. Mix on medium speed until the mixture becomes creamy.
Step 9
Spread the cream over the condensed milk.
Step 10
Peel the pear, cut it in half lengthwise, then slice each half crosswise into many pieces (but do not separate the fruit into slices).
Step 11
Place the pear on top of the almond cream.
Step 12
Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 355°F for 25 minutes.
