Ingredients
- Egg white 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Pears 2 pieces
- Dried ground orange peel 0 oz
- Butter to taste
- Sugar 5 oz

Step 1
Peel the pears.
Step 2
Cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the yolks with sugar until fluffy.
Step 4
Whip the egg whites.
Step 5
Mix until smooth.
Step 6
Gradually add the flour and mix.
Step 7
Fold the pears into the batter.
Step 8
Add the candied peel.
Step 9
Grease the baking dish with butter and dust with flour.
Step 10
Pour the mixture into the dish (the recipe is for 5 small ones) and bake at 390°F for 25–45 minutes, depending on the shape.
