- Pears 35 oz
- Sugar 55 oz

Step 1
Peel firm, unripe pears, cut them into wedges (removing the core), place them in a pot, cover with cold water just to the level of the pears, and cook until they become soft.
Step 2
In a pot for making jam, add sugar, pour in 2 cups of the broth obtained from cooking the pears, stir, and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add the prepared pears to the hot syrup and simmer until fully cooked.
