Ingredients
- Pears 3 pieces
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the pears, leaving the stems. Pour 1 cup of water into a pot and dissolve the sugar in it. Cook the pears in the syrup for about 20 minutes until they become soft. Remove, dry, and set aside.
Step 2
Whip the egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form. Spoon the resulting mixture into a serving dish. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath.
Step 3
Carefully place the cooled pear in the serving dish and drizzle with chocolate. Garnish with lingonberries.
