- Pears 6 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Brandy 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pears in half and remove the core. Grease a baking dish with butter; arrange the pear halves side by side in the dish so they fit snugly, similar to how you would prepare a Tarte Tatin. Place the dish with the pears in an oven preheated to 355°F for fifteen minutes.
Step 2
In the meantime, mix the sugar, cream cheese, cream, and brandy until smooth. Remove the dish with the pears from the oven, pour the cheese and cream mixture over the pears, and return to the oven for another twenty minutes.
