- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Pears 4 pieces
- Water 0 fl oz
- Citric Acid to taste
- Eggs 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Baking Powder ½ g
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the pears and cut them into wedges.
Step 2
Melt the sugar, water, and butter in a skillet. Add the pears and cook until caramelized.
Step 3
In a mixer, beat the sugar with the butter until fluffy.
Step 4
Add the eggs one at a time and the salt.
Step 5
Mix the flour with the baking powder and gradually incorporate it into the batter.
Step 6
Pour the batter into a mold and evenly distribute the filling.
Step 7
Bake at 355°F for 35-40 minutes.
