- Pears 4 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Bitter 10 oz
- Port Wine 15 fl oz
- Grenadine 15 fl oz
- Walnuts 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the pears, cut them in half, and remove the cores. Place them in a saucepan.
Step 2
Mix the port wine with grenadine, sugar, and lemon juice. Add to the pears and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes after boiling.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, gradually add the cream, add finely chopped nuts, and mix. Cook until thickened.
Step 4
Remove the pears, cool them, and fill with the chocolate cream. Decorate with nuts on top.
