Ingredients
- Baking Powder 1½ spoons
- Pears 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites and yolks. Whisk the egg whites. Thoroughly mix the yolks with sugar.
Step 2
Beat the butter until creamy. Then gradually add the egg yolks mixed with sugar, milk, and flour with baking powder.
Step 3
Gently fold the egg whites into the batter.
Step 4
Divide the dough into two portions. Grate dark chocolate into one portion and mix well.
Step 5
Grease the baking dish with butter. First, pour in the chocolate batter, then arrange 2/3 of the thinly sliced pears on top. Pour in the remaining batter and carefully place the remaining pears on top.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 375°F for about 40 minutes. Adjust according to your oven.
Step 7
Let it cool for 1.5 to 2 hours. If desired, dust with powdered sugar.
