Ingredients

  • Raw cane sugar 2 spoons
  • Pears 1 piece
  • Oranges 1 piece
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
  • Lemon Balm 4 pieces
  • Vanilla Pod ½ pieces
  • Powdered Sugar 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat sugar and 2 tablespoons of water in a saucepan until caramel is formed. Add the chopped half of the pear, verbena leaves, and 30 ml of orange juice. Place the other half of the pear cut side down and simmer for five minutes.

Step 2

Mix the cheese, orange juice and zest, powdered sugar, and vanilla seeds. In a cooking ring, spoon in the diced pear, then top with the cheese mixture. Remove the ring, place half a pear on top, and drizzle with the juice from the pot.
