Description

You can use cottage cheese instead of ricotta.

Ingredients

  • Pears 2 pieces
  • Ricotta cheese 0 oz
  • Nuts to taste
  • Honey to taste
  • Cinnamon to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the pear in half lengthwise.

Step 2

Remove the core to create hollows.

Step 3

In a bowl, transfer the flesh from the pears, add cheese, ground nuts (I used almonds and hazelnuts), mix and fill the hollows of the pears with the mixture.

Step 4

Drizzle with honey.

Step 5

Place in the microwave for 3-5 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave. As soon as you see the center starting to bubble, you can take them out.

Step 6

Remove the pears and sprinkle with cinnamon on top.

Step 7

Pour yourself a nice cup of tea or coffee and enjoy your meal!
