Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 glasses
- "Duchess pears" 4 pieces
- Sugar 1 glass
- Water 1 glass
- Vegetable Oil ½ glasses
- Nuts 1 glass
- Honey 2 spoons
- Citric Acid 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the sugar into a bowl, add water, then pour in the vegetable oil and heat the mixture. Add honey and stir until the honey and sugar are dissolved. Then add baking soda, cinnamon or coriander, citric acid, chopped nuts, and flour.
Step 2
The batter should have a consistency similar to thick sour cream.
Step 3
Peel the pears, cut them into cubes, and add them to the batter.
Step 4
Place the prepared dough with pears into the baking dish.
Step 5
Bake the pear-honey vegan pie in a preheated oven at 390°F for about half an hour.
