Pear and Hazelnut Pie
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Butter 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar ¾ cup
- Water 5 tablespoons
- Hazelnut 5 oz
- Jam 4 tablespoons
- Pears 15 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Vanillin a pinch
- Baking Powder a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop 1.5 cups of flour and 0.5 cups of powdered sugar with 150 grams of butter, add water and knead the dough. Place the dough in a mold, spreading it across the bottom and sides, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Cream the remaining butter with powdered sugar, add flour, baking powder, ground nuts, vanillin, eggs, and beat everything together.
Step 3
Spread a layer of jam on the dough and add the filling. Top the filling with sliced pears. Sprinkle crushed nuts on top.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven at 390°F and bake for 40–50 minutes. Then turn off the oven, slightly open the door, and cool the pie without removing it from the oven.
