Ingredients
- Hazelnut 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Large eggs 2 pieces
- Pears 5 pieces
- Liquid dark chocolate 0 oz
- Apricot Jam 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 320°F. Grease a round cake pan with a diameter of about 20 cm with vegetable oil. Chop the hazelnuts in a food processor or mortar, add to the flour, and mix well.
Step 2
Mix the butter, cut into small pieces, with the dough until it resembles breadcrumbs. Add the sugar and eggs.
Step 3
Peel 2 pears, remove the cores, and chop finely. Add the chopped pears and dark chocolate to the dough. Transfer the dough to the prepared pan.
Step 4
Peel and core the remaining pears, slice them thinly, and arrange them beautifully on top, pressing them slightly into the dough. Bake for about 50–60 minutes. Then cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Carefully transfer to a wire rack and let cool. Heat the apricot jam and brush it over the top of the pie. It can be served warm or cold.
