Description

Pears should be very ripe and soft; then the filling literally melts in your mouth. Canned pears can be used. You can substitute bananas for the pears. You can use sour cream instead of cream.

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Brown Sugar 0 oz
  • Salt a pinch
  • Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
  • Pears 4 pieces
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Vanilla salt 0 oz
  • Cream 22% 5 fl oz
  • Water 0 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Melt the butter, mix with the flour, and add salted water. Knead the dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for half an hour.

Step 2

Roll out the dough, place it in a round mold with a diameter of 26 cm, and create edges. Prick the dough, cover with foil, and bake for 10 minutes at 390°F. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes. Let it cool slightly.

Step 3

Chop the chocolate and evenly sprinkle it over the crust. Slice the pears thinly and layer them on top of the chocolate.

Step 4

Beat the egg and cream together, then pour over the filling. Place in the oven for 10 minutes at 390°F.

Step 5

Remove the tart, sprinkle with sugar, and bake for another 25 minutes at 355°F.
