Ingredients
- Pears 4 pieces
- Puff Pastry 15 oz
- Gruyère cheese 5 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Roll out the prepared puff pastry into a thin sheet to fit the size of the baking tray.
Step 2
Grease the baking sheet with butter and spread the dough on it. Poke the dough with a fork in about half a dozen places.
Step 3
Slice the pears thinly and arrange them on the dough, folding the edges (you can brush them with beaten egg), sprinkle the pears with grated cheese, and place the baking tray with the pie in the oven preheated to 355°F. Bake for fifteen to twenty minutes.
