Ingredients
- Peanut Sprouts 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- 20% Sour Cream 10 oz
- Powdered Sugar 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the peanuts.
Step 2
Sift the flour and mix it with baking soda and powdered sugar. Add the sour cream and eggs. Knead the dough.
Step 3
Add the chopped peanuts to the dough, leaving some for decoration. Mix well.
Step 4
Fill any suitable molds with the dough. Sprinkle each muffin with peanuts on top.
Step 5
Bake at 300°F for 30-35 minutes.
