
Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 20 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- White Beans 1 piece
- Peanut Butter 10 oz
- Powdered Sugar 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and milk, cooking without stirring for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from heat and add the peanut butter and seeds from the vanilla bean.
Step 3
Sift the powdered sugar into a bowl. Pour the hot butter-sugar mixture on top and gently mix everything with a wooden spoon until smooth.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into a square (20 cm) pan and smooth it out. Allow it to set in a cool place.
Step 5
Cut the fudge into small squares and remove from the pan.
