Ingredients
- Salt a pinch
- Butter 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Baking Powder 0 oz
- Peanut Sprouts 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, mix the softened butter and powdered sugar, add one egg, vanilla sugar, and salt. Blend thoroughly.
Step 2
Combine the flour (350 grams) with the baking powder. Add to the mixture and knead the dough. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Dust the working surface with flour (20 grams) and roll out the dough. Cut out shapes using cookie cutters.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the cookie shapes on the baking sheet and put them in the freezer for 15–20 minutes.
Step 5
Shell the peanuts, roast them, and chop them finely.
Step 6
In a bowl, beat the egg. Remove the cookie shapes from the freezer and brush them with the egg. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
Step 7
Bake the peanut butter cookies for 15 minutes at 390°F.
