Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- Butter 10 oz
- Peanut Butter 10 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda 1½ spoons
- Salt ½ spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the butter, peanut butter, and sugar with a mixer.
Step 2
Add the eggs and mix until smooth.
Step 3
Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a separate bowl.
Step 4
Fold the flour into the butter mixture. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 5
Roll the dough into balls the size of a walnut and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. There should be a distance of 4–5 cm between the balls.
Step 6
Flatten each ball with a fork, creating a crosshatch pattern. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 10 minutes or until the cookies begin to turn golden.
