- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Peanut Butter 10 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour and mix it with the baking soda. Beat the butter and peanut butter with both types of sugar until smooth.
Step 2
Add the egg and vanilla sugar and beat again. Add the flour mixture and knead into a uniform dough.
Step 3
Chop the chocolate into small pieces and incorporate it into the dough.
Step 4
Roll the dough into balls about 4-5 cm in diameter. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced 3 cm apart.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 170-355°F for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve with tea or milk.
