  • Peanut Sprouts 5 oz
  • Coconut flakes 0 oz

Step 1

Thoroughly rinse the dried figs and dates under water, and soak them for an hour if necessary.

Step 2

Remove the skins from 60 grams of dried peanuts (to enhance the flavor, you can lightly toast the peanuts in a dry skillet) and grind them in a blender.

Step 3

Add the ground peanuts, figs, and dates, and blend until you achieve a smooth mixture.

Step 4

Shape 10 equal candies, then roll each one in shredded coconut.

Step 5

Remove the skins from the remaining 20 grams of peanuts, split each kernel in half, and use these halves to decorate the candies.
