- Donut Peaches 2 pieces
- Brandy 5 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Ginger 0 oz
- Vanilla Ice Cream 15 oz
- Pistachios 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the brandy and 100 ml of water, then add sugar, grated ginger, star anise, and finely chopped peaches. Simmer the mixture in a saucepan over low heat for fifteen minutes.
Step 2
Remove from heat and place the saucepan with the sauce into a deep bowl filled with ice to cool.
Step 3
Serve with ice cream, sprinkled with pine nuts on each portion.
