Ingredients
- Donut Peaches 4 pieces
- Nectarines 4 pieces
- Gingerbread-flavored syrup 5 fl oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Pistachios 5 oz

Step 1
Peel the fruits and cut the flesh into cubes. Set aside half, and blend the rest with sugar syrup and lemon juice.
Step 2
Strain the resulting juice and pour it into a soup bowl. Add the pieces of fruit. Stir.
Step 3
Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet and sprinkle them over the soup.
